The following was written by our classmate, Jay Siegall:

Just discovered that Chip Blair passed away March 8, 2001.  I had been in touch with him over the years and saw him about 3 years ago. He had been struggling a bit and was on at-home dialysis.

He loved Las Vegas and gambling and had been involved in some kind of seniors professional bowling tour or tournaments for many years.

After sending birthday wishes past 2 years without response and telephon numbers disconnected, I did a google search and found the following minimal info obituary:
