Ronnie was a sweet kid who never really got a break in life and most ill-equipped to go up against what it threw out to him. Things were just stacked up against him from the get-go all the way through to the ultimate end. I think it takes the maturity of time, of age, of something that was not part of our world in 1964 and the greater understanding of the human conditon we possess to be able to see Ronnie's struggles and have for empathy to become the prime emotion. Never so appropriate was the wish: Rest In Piece. Rest in Piece, Ronnie. You deserve it.
