Wow ! What a blow. I am saddened and want to extend my condolences to John's family and wife and classmate Jerri. I always had the most respect and admiration for John. I know it is difficult on all of us to keep expressing these strong feelings for our classmates and their spouses but we have a very special bond that we have formed over the years ( Decades) that makes our classmates SPECIAL !! Jerri and I go back to Skyler Junior High and she has always been kind ,friendly and warm towards me. No head fakes just a great individual with high character and sincere motivations. Again, the ETHS Class of 1964 is the REAL DEAL !!!

I am proud to be A classmate of all our graduating Class.of 1964 . Please oin me in supporting Jerri now and in the future!!!!!

Steve, yesterday I got a text a text message from Arnie Moschin stating yesterday was the 60 anniversary March 17,1964 of our beating Crane Tech at the Super Sectional Game at Northwestern. I congratulated Arnie for hitting that shot from the corner beating the Number Two team in the country! So I called Kenny Wideman (Dose) and Bob Reece to share the news of our 60 anniversary of that game! Thank you for being a large part of the team success supporting the players and coaches all year. What do you remember of our 1964 Basketball ?? team and the joy we shared with the school?

Betty, again my condolences to you and the family for your loss of Bob Reeder your husband and the 1964 classmate that everyone held in high regard. I appreciate your acts of kindness as you have expressed your sincere gratitude for our classmates of 1964 kindness and compassion for you and your family. Reeder was a Special person that always had positive energy and words to say, He was always sincere ,kind and sharing( especially his stories LOL !) He could always bring a smile, grin or laugh while having a conversation. Reeder will always be remembered as the "Fastest Lineman !"as he would often remind anyone who would listen. Betty , l applauded you for your courage and strength. RIP

My sincere condolences goes out to the Bob Reeder family. I had the opportunity to speak to Bob briefly on Monday of this week and had a great last call with a longtime friend and teammate. I thanked him for taking my call and let him know how much I appreciated him over the years. Bob and I played basketball, baseball and football together at ETHS. He was a great friend and a very good person to have on your side. A great family Man that put his family way up on the priority ladder. He was always talking about his sons and grandchildren. Bob will be missed. In the last  month we have lost 3 1964 classmates that played football and swam for NorthWestern  University. Namely Roger Ward, ,Pete Skoglund and Bob Reeder. . The three of you will be missed  but not forgotten!!

 RIP.
